Main highlights include: the opening ceremony of the new headqauarters on the 27th Feb 1956 at 29 belgrave Square, London, with a copy of the programme, honorary member Frank Lloyd visisted the new headquarters, and the council meeting agreed to limit the number of active vice-presidents to 5.
